SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

I strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Please read the following for more information on my shipping process.

FOR ORIGINALS:

For originals, I will package, prepare, and ship those out within 4 days of your purchase. They will be standard shipped through USPS. Standard shipping through USPS can take anywhere from 3-7 days.

FOR SMALL SIZED PRINTS:

I print my own 8.5"x11" and smaller sized photo prints. I will prepare and ship those out within 4 days of your purchase. They are standard shipped through USPS. Standard shipping through USPS can take anywhere from 3-7 days.

FOR LARGER SIZED PRINTS:

For all other printing options, I outsource. This is including canvas, metals  and larger sized photo print options. They estimate around 2 weeks to arrive to me. Then I make sure the quality of the print looks good, sign the back, repackage the items, and then ship it out to you through standard USPS shipping which can take anywhere from 3-7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: 

 That on rare occasion, shipping delays can occur with who I outsource my prints from. As well as possible delays through USPS for weather related conditions or whatever it may be. This delay is out of my control, but I do apologize for any inconvenience if this occurs. 

If a print arrives to me damaged in any way or does not meet my expectations on print quality, I will send the print back and promptly order a new one. You will be notified if this is the reason for an unexpected delay. But know it is because I want you to have the best print possible!

 

I do art shows throughout the year, they will be listed on my main page. If you choose to order on one of the weekends I am away from home, please note that I will get to it as soon as I get back. Thanks for understanding!
