Perthro translates to the "unknown" card in my Enchanted Runes Oracle Deck. The original is a 16x20 acylic artwork on canvas. In the oracle, there is a difference in pulling this card upright or reversed. Here is a further breakdown of this special card:
Upright
Perthro upright means you are in a positive flow. Continue shifting forward, even beyond to the unfamiliar. Learn to let go, and a future full of freedom and opportunity awaits you. Perthro is filled with mystery, a moment of nothingness, and the unknown. It is the concept of fate and destiny. This may indicate that certain events or outcomes are beyond you and are guided by a larger cosmic plan. You are coming across uncertainty and the unpredictable nature of life. Perthro encourages you to accept that not everything can be predicted or planned for. There are secrets. Take the step forward into the gateway, and accept that you will not know what is waiting on the other side of it. There are a multitude of paths, experiences and encounters you can have. The secrets will be revealed whenever the time is right, and you are meant to know.
Reversed
Perthro reversed, is advising you to stop trying to force your fate. It seems you are trying to change destiny. In life, there are some things you are not meant to know of. Any attempt to change that is futile. Some new beginnings have painful endings. Perthro also invites you to leave the past in the past. It is telling you that by repeating or reliving those moments in your mind will prevent you from living in the present. Perthro is a very secretive rune, if you have dark secrets this may be a time where they are brought to light and the past catches up with you. It could mean others around you may have secrets that will be revealed. This can lead to complications and potential conflicts. It is still not within your grasp to control, so let go and let the waves carry you to shore. Proceed with caution and enter the gateway accepting that you will not know what is waiting on the other side.

PLEASE NOTE: Some paintings are differently shaped than standard sized printing services I use. I will either crop the image to the best of my ability or adjust the size by a few inches to make sure nothing important is cropped. For example: Some of my works are 16"x24" and the classic size to print is 16"x20". If it doesn't crop out the highlights of the painting, I may choose to crop the 4 inches. Or if there is an important part of the painting being cut off, I may choose to search for an external printing service that can provide a special size and print the image on the 16"x24". Please be aware of these small changes!
